About the Role
Be the voice of SkillBolt for our students and sellers. Handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure every user has a smooth experience on the platform.
What You'll Do
• Respond to student and seller queries via email, WhatsApp, and chat
• Handle payment issues, download problems, and account queries
• Escalate technical issues to the engineering team with clear reports
• Maintain a support ticket tracker and ensure timely resolution
• Collect user feedback and share insights with the product team
• Help create FAQs and support documentation
What We're Looking For
Required:
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
• Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude
• Basic tech literacy to understand platform-related issues
• Currently pursuing or recently completed any degree
Preferred:
• Prior customer support or helpdesk experience
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (Freshdesk, Zoho Desk)
• Understanding of e-commerce or marketplace platforms
