About the Role

Drive SkillBolt's growth by building partnerships with colleges, communities, and organizations. You'll be on the front lines of expanding SkillBolt's reach across India.

What You'll Do

• Identify and reach out to colleges for internship and tie-up programs • Manage and grow the SkillBolt affiliate network • Draft partnership proposals and outreach emails • Build relationships with student clubs and tech communities • Track outreach efforts and partnership pipeline in Excel/Sheets • Represent SkillBolt in online and offline student events

What We're Looking For

Required: • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi • Confidence in cold outreach via email and LinkedIn • Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset • Currently pursuing or recently completed any degree Preferred: • Prior sales, BD, or marketing internship experience • Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel tracking • Active LinkedIn presence
